The following tools are required to service the air regulator: Adjustable wrench Clean, brushed, hard bristled, hard-brush vinegar knife Repairs air regulator The air regulator on the printhead is partially similar to the faucet air regulator. If there is insufficient intake air or water is sprayed at different angles, it is that the filter of the air-conditioning valve is blocked by deposits or mineral deposits and must be cleaned. Repair air control valve:
Step 1: Remove the air regulator and disassemble it.
Step 2: Rinse the strainer and porous disk countercurrently with a strong water flow, taking care not to allow some of the parts to be washed away into the sewer.
Step 3: Dry all the parts and gently brush with a hard brush with fine bristles. Sometimes it is possible to remove the above mineral deposits by immersing the parts in vinegar or by knife scraping.
Step 4: Reassemble the air valve to ensure that all parts are placed in the correct order and orientation.
